before u come, i'm at admin rank lols. just our boss doesn't wan any people to touch the layouts of the forums, or perhaps simply ban members, so he decided to make a moderator group(my suggestion -.-) with the power to moderate but no admin privileges.

if you have experiences from joining other forums, you'll see that there are at least 2 admins for each forum. or only 2 admin with assistance of global mod.
